Delays in client input may affect project delivery schedules.

We are not responsible for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Upon termination, completed work up to that point must be paid for.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Reno, Nevada, USA.
